A recent poll, taken in The Times of India, states that almost fifty percent of Indian citizens believe the tsunami of 2004 was caused by the “wrath of God.”  The particular state in India that was the worst hit, Tamil Nadu, is the state that has the harshest laws against evangelical work in all of India.  In the midst of this tragedy, former students and other friends that minister in Sumatra , the Indonesian island that was the worst affected of all the tsunami-stricken areas, have told how God has opened the door for them to witness and share the gospel of Jesus Christ.
