W.L. "Preacher" Smith
Globe stands for Global League of Baptist Evangelism. God led W.L. “Preacher” Smith to establish this ministry to help missionaries and pastors worldwide.
The GLOBE ministry is patterned after the world mission ministry of Paul the Apostle, who responded to the Macedonian call, “Come over...and help us”. Bro. Smith goes by invitation of missionaries and pastors, and he goes simply to help. He operates at no expense to missionaries, foreign pastors or churches.
G.L.O.B.E. ministry is designed to do primarily three things:
1. Preach the gospel to reach the lost
2. Establish New Testament Baptist Churches
3. Train pastors, students, and Christian workers to serve God in their own country among their own people
